As Oscar award winner A R Rahman's new international film '127 hours' have been nominated for the year's Golden Globe and Oscars, the world famous musician has decided to take a break from his busy schedules with films. He will be working on more serious non filmi compositions in 2011, after the work on his latest film 'Rockstar' will get completed. The movie will have Ranbir Kapoor in the lead.
Rahman's latest filmi affairs in Bollywood and Kollywood like 'Raavan', 'Endhiran' and the theme music of Common Wealth games were not appreciated to the expected level and many feels that this could be one reason for the great composer to go for a break from music churning, which he had been continuing for the last 18 years.
